what do you people do to stop the trim bursting out of the retaining bolts tried silicone but just came out this is the trim at back off ski

you need to put washers on the underneath side because the nuts the factory put on have a tendency to pull thru the fiberglass. dont lose the trim piece because it seems like it was about 400$
